Nov. 10th, 2003 11:51 pmPlayed hockey tonight, for the first time in a year. Wow, my skates need sharpening.
Goal skates don't need it much, but they have rust, and rust is bad.
Anyway, played goal, and it was fun. We lost 5-1, but I only feel bad about two of those:
one I really should've just sat on the puck, and figured out where it was after, and the other I should have kept my stick down. The other three were either 1 on 0, me vs the EC ringers, or one *stupid* goal where the defenseman let it slip off his stick and their player picked it up and pushed it around me before I could think.
But it was fun, and we'll have another game in a few weeks. Maybe I'll get my skates sharpened and take them to campus and go to free skate (in all my copious free time, ha!)
